We carry parts for most iPhones, some select computer components and some select Android phones.
Due to low demand and a wide market, it would not be cost effective at the moment to carry parts for other devices. The price of parts drops over time as well, so we always try and get the best value for the customer.
For jobs where we need to diagnose the issue before ordering parts, we will try and carry out the diagnosis on the day the device is booked in however, this is subject to our current job list.
After diagnosis, we will contact the customer to confirm they wish to go ahead with the repair. If not a £20 diagnosis fee may apply. If we cannot find the issue, no diagnosis fee will apply. If the customer wishes to go ahead with the repair, we will order the parts and let them know the estimated delivery date.
We try our best to let customers know of delays with the repair process but sometimes we do not have enough manpower to do this as well as keep on with other repairs at a good speed. We do not mind you calling to ask us how the repair is going but please bear this in mind if we have failed to get a hold of you a couple of times.
Once we have received parts, here is typically how long it will take to fix your device.
iPhone: 20 – 40 minutes
Android Phone: 20 minute – 1 day*
iPad: 1 day*
Android tablets: 1hr – 1 day*
Data Recovery: 1 day – 1 week (depending on severity of data corruption)
Macbook: 1hr – 3 days
Laptop: 1 hr – 3 days
iMac: 1 hr – 3 days
Desktop: 1 hr – 3 days
Please note, phones and tablet’s that need to have adhesive re-applied will need 24hrs to properly cure, hence the 1 day wait. You may take your device while the adhesive is curing if you are in a hurry but please note that in these cases, an additional charge may occur if your device becomes “unstuck” and you bring it back to be reapplied.
The majority of laptops are repairable.
In rare instances, if we are unable to diagnose the problem, your item will be returned and there will be no fee.
If you know or suspect your computer or laptop is infected with a virus or other malware, we can remove them for you using tried and tested methods and software. We will also advise you on how to protect yourself in future as well as try and establish what caused you to become infected in the first place.
After an initial inspection, if we are unable to diagnose the issue, you will not be charged for anything. As well as this, we will always give free advice to the best of our knowledge as to whether a device is uneconomical to repair.
Soon, we will have a card terminal and take most major debit and credit cards apart from American Express. For the time being, we are only accepting cash.
Once the problem with your phone/laptop has been identified we will be able to quote you a price. We are very competitive on our prices and beat most major retailers such as Apple and iSmash.

Yes of course. This is charged at a standard rate of £35. If you bring in both your old laptop and new laptop we will be able to transfer the data across.
We are able to diagnose and repair most smartphones. We will also advise whether or not it is economical to get the repair done or perhaps buy a new device instead.
We offer a 90 day warranty on most of our repairs. You will be informed before the device is booked in if this is not the case.
If you have any issue that is related to the repair, we are more than happy to solve it.
We can fit genuine, OEM and third party parts and will always consult and advise you to what we think might be best in each case.
In your quote both parts and labour are included.
In most cases the quote and the final payment amount will be the same. If at any point the price might change, you will be consulted first.
Before bringing your smart phone or laptop in for repair please consult with the makers of your product to see if they will repair it for free. If we open up your tech, in a lot of cases, your warranty may become void.
